We use Australia Post and all our orders are dispatched within 48 hours (working days Mon-Fri) with a tracking number provided.
International Shipping
Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Lurky, we only accept returns for damaged or faulty goods that are unopened, in compliance with dietary supplement regulations worldwide. We do not issue refunds for open packages or 'change of mind' purchases. Additionally, we do not offer a money-back guarantee.
We cannot issue refunds for customers who did not achieve their desired outcome from our products or experienced adverse reactions to our ingredients, as these conditions are not due to product damage or faults.
While we take every measure to ensure your product arrives in satisfactory condition, damages can occur during transit. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email us at info@herzpharmaceuticals.com with your order details, photographs, and the batch number of the affected product. We will guide you through the refund or exchange process.
For consumer safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds outside the circumstances mentioned above.
